James Sommerville was an unemployed UK teenager in the mid 1980’s when he saw an emerging technology that inspired a business. He Co-Founded ATTIK, a design agency funded by £2,000 from The Prince’s Trust Charity. Over 25 years their work and collection of experimental design books demonstrated diversity and design sprint teams embracing collaborative methods.
James joined the Coca-Cola Company in 2013 not knowing what to expect. Over 5 years he designed Coca-Cola global brand activations, including the One Brand Strategy and Taste The Feeling global campaign. Under his leadership, Coke re-established itself as a cultural leader through bold and iconic design, a direct-to-talent model and powerful systems activated throughout 200 markets.

James departed the corporate world to start what he believes will be the next revolution in the creative agency world centered around a 100% distributed talent model of known brands and unknown creative talent who are invited to respond to global brand challenges.

Juan has been working in branding for more than 20 years. The first 12 from a creativity and design perspective, working in many international projects for clients from diverse industries. Since joining Banco Santander 8 years ago as Group’s Brand Manager, Juan has been working on the management and implementation of the bank’s identity globally as well as on the strategic management of the brand.
He has developed part of his professional career in the United Kingdom where he also completed his career as a designer with studies in Marketing and Communication.
Vera has been Head of Strategy at KMS TEAM since 2017, helping companies develop and manage forward-looking customer experiences.

Vera earned her degree in industrial engineering and worked for various brand consulting and communication agencies before joining KMS TEAM. Everyone who knows her appreciates her subtle sense of humor.
Chadi Nassrallah is a Senior Broadcast Motion Designer at Alaraby Television based in London. In 2002, Chadi began his career at a local television in Beirut. After acquiring a BA in Graphic Design in 2004, he became part of a nuclear team that went on to launch graphics for four reputable Arabic-speaking channels, including Al Jazeera Children's Channel, its sister channel, Baraem, and Al Rayyan TV. In 2015, Chadi relocated to London to join Alaraby TV, where he has become a key asset to the creative team.

Known for his positive attitude and an unquenchable thirst for adventure, Chadi is a keen photographer and an avid sportsman.

Sandra Ehm started her career in creating brand experiences and events for international clients. Throughout the following years she worked in agencies specialized in brand communication and marketing responsible for a number of clients from all industries – automotive, culture, leisure & sports, biotech, finance, NGO’s etc. – before entering BMW Motorrad in 2014.
Here she is head of brand, brand strategy, global communication including digital and social media. Â
Lucas is a Design Director with 12 years of experience in branding.
He joined Interbrand in 2017 and has worked in identity and packaging projects for clients such as ABInbev, Itaú, Latam Airlines, Netshoes, Samsung, Santander and Whirpool. He was also invited by Interbrand Zurich to join forces in Mumbai and build India’s biggest telecom brand, Jio.
